 Our aim is to develop your understanding of diabetes so that you have the skills to improve your health, your way. With years of experience, our Credentialled Diabetes Educator will work with you to learn your health needs.

Dietitian

Our Accredited Practising Dietitian will work with you to achieve the right food balance for you. She will help you understand your nutrition needs and develop a plan to help you achieve your goals.

Home Medicine Reviews

Our Accredited Pharmacist can visit you at home to discuss your medications and 

then provide a comprehensive report of your medications back to your GP. 

This service can be accessed through a referral from your GP and is covered under Medicare.
