Loren our Accredited Practising Dietitian has many years experience and has worked in Melbourne, London before locating to Perth. 

Loren's passion is to create long-lasting healthy lifestyle habits to optimise long-term physical and mental health and well-being.

We are able to offer:

1. Education and support for your weight loss journey. Loren has a particular interest in weight loss surgery and will work with you to achieve your individual health goals.
2. Guidance on nutrition during pregnancy, including weight concerns, iron deficiency and constipation.
3. Recommendations for your nutritional needs while breast feeding.
4. Support to improve your understanding of the nutritional needs of your children whether that is as an infant, toddler or if you have a fussy eater
5. Suggestions regarding food choices with diabetes including gestational diabetes to enable you to feel confident in managing your health.

Have you ever wondered if the medication you are taking may be affected by other medications or illnesses ?  Or whether you need to take that medication ? 

A Home Medication Review (HMR) can help minimise medication related problems and assist your GP in identifying potential issues with medications.   

After visiting you in your home, a written report is then sent to your GP and community pharmacy which allows collaboration within your healthcare team of your medication regimen.

A Home Medication Review can only be performed by an Accredited Pharmacist and ours has more than twenty years clinical experience. 

A GP referral will allow a HMR to be completed under Medicare.
